At CleanWave, we stand by the quality of our smart toilets and related products. All CleanWave products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures peace of mind and product reliability for our customers. You can extend your CleanWave warranty up to 5 full years

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Electronic malfunctions and component failures not caused by user error.
  • Structural damage not caused by misuse, drops, or accidents.
  • Functionality of self-cleaning nozzles, heated seat, and control panel.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or plumbing setup.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic scratches.
  • Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or water infiltration from outside the unit.
  • Products used in commercial settings without prior approval.

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact us at hello@shopcleanwave.com with the following:

  • Order number or proof of purchase.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or video of the problem (if applicable).

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours to begin resolving your case.

Warranty Process

Once approved, we may send a replacement part, arrange a product exchange, or guide you to a certified service center. In most cases, shipping costs for replacement parts under warranty are covered by us.
