We want your CleanWave experience to be smooth from order to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and returns.
Shipping Times
- Poland: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are typically processed the same day. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics providers, including DHL, DPD, FedEx, and InPost, to ensure fast and secure delivery across Europe and beyond.
Shipping Costs
- Poland: Free shipping on all orders
- EU Countries: Free shipping on all orders
- Other countries: Calculated at checkout
Returns Policy
You can return your CleanWave product within 30 days of receiving it. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopcleanwave.com. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace or repair it as quickly as possible.
